One-on-One Sessions provide in-depth care through therapeutic dialogue, motivation, stress management, and personalized health strategies.
Private or Group Yoga Classes:
Anyone can do Yoga when guided properly. Working with individuals and small groups allows for a yoga practice tailored to your level and your needs, all of which change on a regular basis. I offer traditional Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Cardiac Yoga, Yin Yoga and Restorative Yoga. All styles incorporate the yogic tools of movement, breath and meditation.
